Acceptance, and what this website is
Acceptance of these terms
Using cashcageau.com means accepting the terms set out on this page, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The site is published for adults aged 18+ who are physically in Australia. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the site.
What this website is — and is not
CashCageAU is an independent informational and educational review portal. We analyse the Cash Cage wagering platform — its racing and sports markets, bet types, mobile applications, payment and verification mechanics, and player protection tools — and we explain the Australian legal framework that governs those products.
We are not a gambling operator. We do not offer gambling or betting of any kind, we accept no bets or stakes, we hold no player funds, and we run no online casino, no pokies, no slots, no roulette, no blackjack, no baccarat, no card games, no table games, no live dealer studio and no real money gaming of any description. No account can be opened on this site and no money can be deposited to it. We are not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Cash Cage, Cash Cage Pty Ltd or any other wagering operator, and no commercial relationship exists between us.
No advice, and the limits of our sources
No advice
Nothing published here is legal, financial, tax or betting advice, and nothing on this portal should be read as a recommendation to gamble, to open an account or to prefer one operator over another. Descriptions of gambling law are a reader's starting point, not a substitute for professional advice on an individual situation. Readers remain responsible for verifying licence status, current terms and the law that applies to them.
Accuracy, sources and changes
Our material is drawn from the operator's own published disclosures, from regulator material and registers, and from Commonwealth and state legislation as it stood at the time of writing. Products move quickly: markets are added and withdrawn, white-label platforms are rebuilt, licence conditions are varied, and the rules around online gambling in Australia have changed repeatedly since the 2023 reform wave. Where a detail could not be independently verified we say so on the page rather than presenting an assumption as a finding.
Errors are corrected rather than quietly left in place. Send the detail, the page and a public source where you have one to [email protected], and the page will be amended or the claim marked as unverified.
Australian regulatory position
Under the Commonwealth Interactive Gambling Act 2001 it is unlawful to supply real money interactive casino games — online pokies, slot machines, online roulette, digital blackjack, baccarat and live dealer casino tables among them — to people physically present in Australia. Enforcement sits with the Australian Communications and Media Authority, which investigates prohibited services and arranges blocking of offshore sites at the internet service provider level.
Licensed fixed-odds betting on sport and racing is permitted, which is the category the reviewed operator falls into: Cash Cage Pty Ltd is licensed by Liquor & Gaming NSW. Live, in-play sports bets cannot lawfully be completed online in Australia and must be placed by telephone. Readers outside Australia are subject to their own jurisdiction's law, which may differ in every respect from the position described across this portal.
No part of this website provides access to real money online casino games, and no licensed Australian wagering operator may offer them.
Intellectual property and third-party links
Intellectual property
The text, structure, layout and design of this site are our own work and remain our property. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome; wholesale reproduction of pages is not. Trading names, company names and product names belonging to others are used nominatively — that is, to identify and review the thing being written about — and their use implies no endorsement, association or sponsorship in either direction.
Acceptable use
Read, quote and share these pages. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its hosting, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other readers, republish it as your own, or present our analysis as an endorsement of any operator or any form of real money gambling. Automated collection for commercial republication is not permitted.
Third-party links
We link to regulators, legislation and gambling help services because a reader often needs the primary source. Those destinations are outside our control and carry their own terms and privacy practices. We publish no affiliate links, no referral links and no tracked links to gambling operators, and we receive no payment or commission from any operator, comparison service or casino brand.
Liability, responsible gambling and governing law
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law — and nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of this content, for losses incurred gambling with any operator, for the accuracy of third-party material, or for interruptions to the availability of the site.
Responsible gambling and age restriction
Gambling in Australia is restricted to adults 18+, and it is an entertainment expense rather than a way to earn income. Free, confidential help is available around the clock from Gambling Help on 1800 858 858 and at Gambling Help Online, and BetStop provides national self-exclusion from every licensed Australian operator. Our responsible gambling page sets out the limit and self-exclusion tools in detail.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Terms may be revised; the current version is always the one published here, dated at the top of the page. Questions go to [email protected].
cashcageau.com publishes information and analysis only. We accept no bets, hold no funds and operate no casino games.
